Very good! First time I made this it turned out wonderfully slushy ... Second time it was more like a smoothie because I used what little greens I had on hand. I used organic ingredients and Vitamixl I froze some with Popsicle molds and added some frozen blackberries and basil. Thank you!

Best way for me to get my salad in with my busy schedule. 1st time forgot to add dates. They do make a difference....

I made it exactly according to recipe with the exception that I, too, used organic carrots. It was just ok. A bit strange tasting, I thought. Glad to have used up the watermelon I had.

Why baby carrots? Highly processed, chlorinated critters. Just use organic carrots and cut up.

We loved this, and it was a great way to use part of a very large, in season watermelon! I did need to add a bit of liquid to get it blended, so used 1/4 C. of blueberry pomegranate juice. I used carrots picked fresh in my garden and added a handful of freshly picked lemon balm, though fresh mint would also be nice. Yummy!

Excellent smoothie, but too sweet for me. Next time, I'll leave out the dates.

I have too much watermelon in my fridge so I came here searching for creative and tasty ways to use it up before it spoils. So glad I did! This is my new favorite smoothie. It's a delicious, sweet-tasting treat. If I didn't put the carrots in it myself, I would never have believed it had carrots at all. Perfect cool summer smoothie! I'm also going to make it for my tween-age kids because they'll never know it's healthy. Thanks for posting this great recipe!

This recipe is great!! I am just starting to get my young children to eat healthy and I was finally able to get them to eat carrots with this recipe. This smoothie is good too when you freeze it for the kid's school lunch, and by lunch time it thaws down a little when you pack it in their lunch box in the morning. By lunchtime they are eating "ice cream" for lunch~!! All the other kids in the class are so envious.

I didn't have carrots or strawberries, so I used lettuce and frozen blueberries instead. Very tasty. Thanks for the inspiration Kyra!

This was very good. Easy to make and tasted delicious. Both my husband and I like it. It was sort of like a slushie or snow cone. Thicker and icier than most of my smoothies but not as thick as ice cream.

I've made this twice so far. The second time, I added a small head of romaine (from a bag of romaine hearts)in place of the carrots for a quick dinner and it was great.

This was delicious. I misread the recipe and put in 4 dates and that was too much. I didn't use the flax seeds
